∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Education will be relaxed for Experienced Candidates
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ Prepare weekly action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
∎ Making Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members
∎ Sales analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
∎ Develop new service offers and get approved from management
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ Identify new business opportunity by selecting and engaging influential customers, generating sales volume by acquisition of new customers and other channel partners to ensure product coverage in the designated sales territory.
∎ Follow up dealers through phone call, e-mail, physical visit basis to generate sales
∎ Handle and manage key customers by regular visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to to the management.
∎ Ensuring cash and availability of products as per sale and targets
∎ Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
∎ Organizing seminars for team members.
∎ Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
∎ Market review of new and existing products and services
∎ Keeping up to date about company products & services
∎ Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities for all product and services.
∎ Coordinate with import department, Management & notify them about customer demands, trends etc.
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Customer relationship, Distribution management
∎ Strong knowledge of key products and their demand, pricing and value.
∎ Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
∎ Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
∎ Understand the customer requirement and able to map Runner Products and solutions.
∎ Should show leadership to deliver both the change management and to drive the business forward.
∎ Able to deliver key messages effectively and demonstrate products via a wide range of media.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country is required.
