Responsibilities & Context:

Adex is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced professional to join our Sales Team as Manager – Sales for the Chattogram Division, focusing on the sales of Transformers, Switchgears, and Busbar Trunking Systems across the region.

We particularly encourage applications from candidates who:

• Have a proven track record in Substation Sales.

• Possess deep market knowledge and a strong client network in the Chattogram Division.

• Maintain strong connections in industry and private utility sectors, including PWD, MES, WASA, City Corporations, and Industrial/Commercial Construction & EPC firms.

• Candidates from Chattogram will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Adex’s products and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities and monitor emerging market trends to drive sustainable sales growth.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

• Provide timely technical support and guidance to clients, resolving queries and issues efficiently.

• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities as needed.

• Utilize relevant tools and software proficiently for reporting and communication.
