Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, consult and implement strategic business plan to expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging as well as potential markets and being fully aware of competition status.
∎ Consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
∎ Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
