Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing customer engagement activities.
∎ Performance and Productivity of Financial Planning Officer.
∎ Training & Development of Financial Planning Officers.
∎ On the Field Sales Activity and Customer Meeting on a daily basis.
∎ Recruitment of Financial Planning Officer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing sales team (preferably in financial Services).
∎ Language proficiency: written & verbal communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in computer skill for MS Office: atleast Email & Smart Phone readiness.
∎ Understanding of the City based Operation with sound networking skills with people in the middle & upper income strata of the Society.
∎ Effective Communication Skills & pleasing personality.
