Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mentor and train sales executive.
∎ Create sales forecasts.
∎ Analyze performance data.
∎ Design and implement scalable sales strategy.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
∎ Continuously iterate on and improve upon sales processes.
∎ Determines annual unit and gross-profit.
∎ Own and hit quarterly/annual sales quotas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
