Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and monitor sales activities to achieve and ensure sales target and profit objective of the company.
∎ Plan, develop and implement sales structure in the organization.
∎ Provide strategic guideline for upgrading a poor market to a good market or better with respect to all sales yardsticks.
∎ Manage distribution that includes sales process from order securing to cash collection, establish distribution route, components of a distribution expense, set product wise reorder level of finished goods in depots
∎ Remain updated regarding the market dynamics, buyer behavior, social and economic value, consumer taste etc.
∎ Lead a large number of field forces to achieve the organizational goal and ensure the continuous growth and profitability of the company.
