Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Commerce
∎ At least 3 years working and management experience in CFD and FX brokers.
∎ Proficient in English and local language
∎ Experience with implementation of business development strategy.
∎ Experience working to and exceeding targets.
∎ Strong passion in this industry and enjoy working with people.
∎ Able to build rapport with institutions and other business clients.

∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and management of Bangladesh offices, starting with Dhaka and further development of other offices throughout the country.
∎ Manage and develop sales team to complete sales targets and tasks according to the company strategy and country growth plan.
∎ Responsible for local client services and continuous improvements of workflow efficiency.
∎ Responsible for the final resolution with client dissatisfaction and complaints, responsible for developing and maintaining good customer relations.
∎ Continuous developments of the business with hiring growths and office expansions.
∎ Assist Global management team to establish, participate in relevant policies and sales management system.
∎ Build and lead a team of dedicated Business Development Managers specializing in FX, Commodities, and CFD sales in the Bangladesh Region.
∎ Increase number of accounts, deposits, and revenues.
∎ Increase conversion rates of existing leads.
∎ Build a strategy to on-board new introducing brokers, money managers, and institutional clients.
∎ Hire, train, and mentor new Business Development Managers.
∎ Train Business Development Managers on the different types of execution methods and technologies utilized in the FX industry.
∎ Monitor calls and sales activities of the team and ensure meeting all related KPI's.
∎ Conduct quality assurance calls and ensure the sales team is utilizing the agreed sales pitches to on-board more business.
∎ Generate marketing ideas and work closely with our marketing team to recommend new initiatives, increase revenues from existing initiatives, and attend offline marketing events.
∎ Monitor market conditions, innovations, and competitors' services, prices, and sales.
∎ Determine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
∎ Negotiate rebate and markup terms and/or services with IBs.
∎ Explain FX market terms or trading practices to clients.
∎ Answer customers' questions about spreads and trading conditions at OnePro.
∎ Attend sales or trade meetings and/or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, regulations, or industry developments.
∎ Contact prospective or existing customers to discuss how OnePro can meet their needs.
∎ Develop sales presentations or proposals to explain service specifications.
∎ Identify prospective customers using business directories, referrals from clients, information from conferences or trade shows, own database, and contacts.
∎ Maintain customer records by using the CRM.
∎ Evaluate Leads Quality.
∎ Receive and follow-up on clients funding, volume, and new account activations.
∎ Responsible for the upselling process.
∎ Follow-up on VIP account creation.
