∎ Masters in Marketing from any reputed institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new customer of Commercial Vehicle industry.
∎ Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors sales volume, market position etc. and suggest management about the market policy.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities and train the sales team accordingly.
∎ Develop modern and effective sales and marketing strategy in order to achieve sales target.
∎ Supervise, monitor and follow up team members to retain existing and potential customers and increase sales volume of own products.
∎ Guide the sales team to identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business.
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing in Automobile Sector (Commercial Vehicle)
∎ Excellent analytical skill, report writing and presentation skills, problem solving skills,
∎ Good command over written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Self-driven and cope with change.
∎ Strategic thinking Capability
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure, Team player
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people,

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
