∎ Masters from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be capable to increase sales through innovative sales strategies.
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve target by ensuring Rx
∎ Have to work hard in stressful situations.
∎ Supervise and coordinate overall activities of sales team.
∎ Identify business development opportunities through evaluation and analysis of sales team.
∎ Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan, monitor / analyze national and regional sales, formulate and implement monthly action plan for the field force.
∎ Conduct field (Doctors and Chemists) visit to get first hand market experience and convert these into sales.
∎ Field force training & development
∎ Maximizing the target customer's awareness of the brand through creative approaches.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) practical experience in the same position in any reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
∎ The ability to motivate and lead a team.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Suite, budget and report writing skills.

Salary: Negotiable
