Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the local sales team to grow sales within the sectors.
∎ Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team, monitor progress, and implement strategies to ensure goals are met.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and potential customers within the automotive and industrial sectors.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth in the bearing distribution market.
∎ Understand customer needs, provide appropriate product recommendations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and implement strategies to overcome challenges and achieve sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
∎ Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular reports and analyses to senior management.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Setting sales targets for the region.
∎ To Develop Business by professional approach to new and existing customers with technical presentation, Product and services, generate enquires, follow up for the same
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
∎ Review sales performance on monthly basis, conduct one to one meeting identify and take corrective action for performance improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Exposure of bearings / industrial product will be an added advantage.
∎ Working experience in bearing industry
∎ Knowledge of written and spoken English is a must.
∎ Well versed with MS office applications
