In order to achieve its business goal, we are looking for a few knowledgeable, skilled & experienced reliable peoples under the department of Sales & Marketing those who can shoulder down the responsibility properly.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka City

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a Sales Team, Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
∎ To formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures.
∎ To prepare monthly sales plan & take necessary steps for its effective implementation.
∎ To educate sales team by mentoring, coaching, training, meeting, programs or seminars;
∎ To manage of expenses and business or financial issues.
∎ To ensure follow up of sales calls as well as the project visits on a regular basis.
∎ Responsible to achieve the sales target monthly basis of own as well as of the team.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should have computer literacy and promotional skill in digital marketing.
∎ Should have willingness to work more
