Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic marketing and sales manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 10 years+ of proven experience in marketing Properties.
∎
∎ • Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ • Achieve company's goals by direct sales for ensuring proper collection and target recovery is achieved.
∎ • Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ • Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly & quarterly strategic marketing plan.
∎ • Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
∎ • Arrange meeting and project visit for the clients.
∎ • Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
∎ • Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
