Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and investors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in property fairs, corporate events, and key meetings.
