Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and negotiating background.
∎ Execution for Results, Results Orientation.
∎ Demonstrable achievement against sales and business development targets.
∎ Be a self-starter with great networking skills who can close deals
∎ Create and implement business growth strategies
∎ Lead the Sales Team to achieve the target
∎ Detailed understanding of lead generation, prospecting, conversion and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
∎ Constantly interface with key stakeholders like Marketing Manager, Commercial Excellence to develop the right strategy to generate demand and deliver on brand/category plans for the channel
∎ Experienced in delivering the full sales lifecycle
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Coaching Skills, Influencing Ability, Interpersonal Skills Expert and Communication Skills Expert via video call, telephone, email, and in-person on client site
∎ Must be Fluent spoken and written English
∎ Experience in recruitment industry will be advantageous but not essential
∎ Advance MS office suits experience
∎ Knowledge of digital sales and marketing will be advantageous
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
