Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Lead Associate who will be responsible for promoting the company’s products directly to doctors by visiting hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers regularly to meet doctors and healthcare professionals

• Promote and explain company products effectively to doctors

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and medical staff

• Generate leads and follow up for product usage and feedback

• Achieve monthly sales and visit targets

• Maintain proper records of daily visits and reporting

• Organize and participate in promotional activities or campaigns

• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SSC / HSC or above

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable and confident personality

• Willingness to travel and visit different healthcare facilities

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
