Responsibilities & Context:
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
We are looking for a sales 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 to manage client communications and provide timely support. You will act as the main point of contact for our international clients, offering solutions and suggestions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Communicate professionally with foreign clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and highlight opportunities for business growth.
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞:
- Duty: 6 days per week, 1 day weekend
- Roster-based shifts:
- Morning: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Evening: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
- Night: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am
Job Other Benifits:
- Probation 3 months: 10,000 BDT per month
Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 BDT per month
