∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement sales strategies based on the sales budget and define action plan to achieve outlet-wise sales target
∎ Ensure superior customer service within the store and take corrective measures when required
∎ Maintain relationships with B2B customers and key customers to ensure sales growth and maximize profitability.
∎ Coordinate with external stakeholders such as production, distribution, and supply chain to ensure smooth sales operations
∎ Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop retail sales plan, implement promotional campaigns and identify new markets
∎ Conduct competitive analysis, evaluate market trends and identify new business opportunities
∎ Develop and implement training courses on new products and customer service to maximize sales force effectiveness.
∎ Supervise sales team, analyze performance and take corrective measures if there is performance gap
∎ Oversee inventory and wastage control in store and take corrective measures to be within the accepting level
