Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with the Sales team & Head of HR to ensure smooth execution of entire sales force lifeline of processes - Recruitment to Separation, Workforce planning, succession management, talent and capability development, Performance Management, Rewards to Exits
∎ Involved in manpower planning and manning decisions for the region in line with local needs and business forecasts
∎ Develops and maintain thorough process for new hires, Field Force Setup, driving Talent Engagement and Retention through multiple initiatives
∎ Maintain Employee Master Database (HRIS), Update database continuously & report to management periodically on Turnover Ratio, Employment Ratio, ER activity report, and CTC report ensuring confidentiality.
∎ Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and performance monitoring of sales force
∎ Analyze monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales KPI cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment etc.
∎ Performance Management Systems reviewed & rolled out as per best practice.
∎ Design, Development of TA/DA, Incentive others related policy time to time as per competitor & market practice.
∎ Monitoring & Verifying TA/DA & Incentive is disbursed as per KPI, Incentive/TADA policy
∎ Support Sales Managers in building High-performance culture by recognizing Top Performers and managing Under-Performance
∎ Providing guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning
∎ Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, work force planning and succession planning.
∎ Identifies training needs for Sales units and individual executive coaching needs.
∎ Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
