Responsibilities & Context:

পজিশন: Sales & Growth Manager

🕘 সময়: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Full-time)
Weekend : Friday ( Fixed )
All Government Holiday Will Applicable .

📍 লোকেশন: Dhaka, Uttara, Sector 12

Sales Planning & Target Management

- Monthly, weekly ও daily sales target সেট করা (Facebook, Instagram, Website, Physical Shops)

- Channel-wise (online vs offline) target distribution ও বাস্তবসম্মত forecasting করা

- Product-wise target সেট করা (best-seller, slow-moving, new arrivals)

- Sales funnel (reach → lead → conversion) অনুযায়ী target breakdown করা

📈 Performance Tracking & Analysis

- Daily sales রিপোর্ট মনিটর করা (channel-wise, ব্যক্তি অনুযায়ী)

- Conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC) analyse করা

- কোন channel বা product underperform করছে তা দ্রুত identify করা

- Weekly & monthly performance রিপোর্ট তৈরি করে management-এ submit করা

🚀 Growth Strategy & Execution

- Sales target achieve করার জন্য campaign, offer, bundle strategy তৈরি করা

- Seasonal campaign (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, etc.) planning ও execution lead করা

- Low sell products-এর জন্য নতুন strategy (discount, repositioning, content push) নেওয়া

- High-performing products scale করার plan করা

📣 Marketing Coordination

- Marketing team-এর সাথে closely কাজ করে campaign direction set করা

- Ads performance (ROAS, CTR) দেখে sales alignment নিশ্চিত করা

- Content team-কে clear brief দেওয়া—কোন product push হবে, কেন হবে

- Campaign থেকে actual sales conversion track করা

🛒 Channel Management

- Facebook & Instagram inbox sales team monitor ও optimize করা

- Website sales funnel (product page, checkout, UX) improve করার নির্দেশনা দেওয়া

- Physical shop sales team-এর daily performance track ও guide করা

- Multi-channel pricing, stock ও offer consistency maintain করা

👥 Team Management & Leadership

- Sales team-এর জন্য KPI set করা (individual & team level)

- Daily briefing ও performance review meeting নেওয়া

- Underperforming team member identify করে training/feedback দেওয়া

- Team motivation, discipline ও accountability নিশ্চিত করা

⚙️ Problem Solving & Decision Making

- Target miss হওয়ার আগেই risk identify করে action নেওয়া

- Sales drop হলে root cause analysis করে দ্রুত solution implement করা

- Stock issue, delivery delay, pricing problem—এসব resolve করতে cross-team coordination করা
