Job Context:
∎ As a tailor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and the day-to-day operations of the brand, from managing staff and inventory to providing exceptional customer service. You must have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion.
∎ We are looking for a self-dependent, willing-to-explore, responsible, and also has knowledge
∎ Time: 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM
∎ Location: Gulshan, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the tailor outlet is operating efficiently and effectively
∎ Manage and supervise the tailor shop staff
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer base
∎ Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking materials and supplies
∎ Ensure that all tailoring services are performed to high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
∎ Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to senior management
∎ Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
∎ Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, and adjust business strategies accordingly
∎ Any other assignments given by management
∎ Daily sales activities report
∎ followup inbound and outbound calls and messages in all medium
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skill handling walk-in clients in both Bangla and English. Understanding of social media and the latest trends.
∎ Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Online Business, Online sales, Sales & Marketing, Sales target, Customer Service
∎ Both experienced or freshers can apply, applicants from the relevant field will be given priority
∎ Proven experience as a tailor or in a similar role in the fashion industry
∎ Excellent knowledge of sewing machines, fabrics, measurements, and alterations
∎ Strong leadership skills to manage and train a team of tailors
∎ Good communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and employees
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
∎ Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, orders, and schedules
∎ Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in the industry.
