Responsibilities & Context

Eastern Hardware Bangladesh Limited (EHBL) is a leading supplier of all kinds hand tools and power tools, successfully operating in the trading & marketing sectors in Bangladesh for a long time . With over 10 years of experience ,we are known as one of the most significant and trusted trading concern in the country.

• Visit hardware retail shops regularly and view to build professional relationship and secure order from them.

• Promote and sell hand tools & power tools products to retailers and customers.

• Achieve monthly & yearly sales and targets.

• Collect orders and insure timely delivery and payment follow up.

• Maintain and develops strong relationship with the customers.

• Find new customers and expand new market coverage.

• Collect payments and submit reports on timely.

• Monitors competitor activities and market tends.

• Effectively communicate with clients, dealers, retailers via telephone, face-to-face and written communication.

• Handle customer complaints and provide after sales support.

• Follow company sales policy, term-condition and guidelines.
