∎ Kay Kraft is one of the renowned fashion houses in Bangladesh.We are looking for Sales Executive to provide excellent customer services & meet sales target for business.Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our shops will stand out.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet with smiley face and direct customers
∎ Provide accurate information (product features, pricing, etc)
∎ Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
∎ Cross-sell products
∎ Ensure racks are fully stocked
∎ Manage exchange of merchandise
∎ Coordinate with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service
∎ Inform customers about discounts and special offers
∎ Provide customer feedback to the Shop management
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products & services
∎ Ensure cleanliness in shop.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding of the retail sales process
∎ Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
∎ Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
∎ Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
∎ Physically and mentally strong
