Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
∎ BA/BFA/MA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or, Computer Graphics will be a plus.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements.
∎ Develop visualizations for various brand-building activities for in-store, outdoor, print, and digital platforms.
∎ Develop content for annual marketing campaigns.
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements.
∎ Work with vendors to find various materials to develop communication content.
∎ Illustrate concepts by designing the layout of art and copy with expert attention to arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
∎ Ensure execution and proper implementation of design outputs.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team and management to develop promotional content, communication content, stationary, and gift packaging.
∎ Video editing for ATL, BTL, and TTL platforms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
∎ Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
∎ Proficiency with required tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
∎ A strong eye for visual composition.
∎ Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
∎ Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication toward work.
