∎ Job Description: We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling flats and residential properties while actively promoting our brand through door-to-door and office visits. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys fieldwork and direct customer engagement.
∎ Key Responsibilities: Actively sell residential flats and properties to prospective clients. Conduct door-to-door marketing and visit offices to promote Woodland Dwelling properties. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field marketing activities. Provide clients with comprehensive property details, including pricing, location, and legal documentation. Negotiate sales terms and conditions to close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals. Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitors. Coordinate with the internal team to schedule property viewings and answer customer queries.
∎ Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to conduct door-to-door marketing and visit office spaces for lead generation.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.A proactive and self-motivated attitude.Good negotiation skills. Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus. Valid driver’s license and access to transportation for field visits.
