∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales- Achieve assign Zone Sales Target.
∎ Activation- Achievement of Dealer Smartphone activation Sales Target.
∎ POS Coverage- Ensure Dealer 100% direct coverage of 95% outlet.
∎ SKU Placement- Dealer SKU Placement as per retail Smart phone placement guideline.
∎ Dealer Management- Ensure dealer performance (Investment, credit analysis, Sales target achievement, dedicated SR, set-up, service support, coverage, reporting, compliance) supervise, train, and lead the zone sales team.
∎ Product visibility and POSM visibility- Product available & eye level display as per category-wise outlet. Execute POSM distribution plan as per company's instruction.
∎ Retailer visit- Market visit, build rapport with the retailers to ensure loyalty. Handle service problem and give product information in time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Good knowledge in office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
∎ Presentable, teamwork, target oriented and hardworking.
