Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (networking, cold calling, social media)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (corporates, event planners)
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue teams to ensure excellent guest experience
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- Attend sales meetings, promotional events, and trade shows to represent the company
