Call potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and customers.
Update customer database and report sales progress daily.
Promote special offers, campaigns, and new services via phone communication.
