Responsibilities & Context:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads

• Present, promote, and sell services over the phone

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in CRM systems

• Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and support teams

• Up-sell and cross-sell products wherever possible

• Stay updated on service related knowledge, pricing, and promotions

• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
