Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Generation:
∎ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
∎ Present and promote products and services to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Sales Strategy and Planning:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Sales Administration:
∎ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Product Knowledge:
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and features.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
