Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and help grow our business.
You will identify new opportunities, promote our products/services, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, target-driven, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Present, promote, and pitch company products/services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, Software Solutions, etc.) to clients effectively.
- Conduct meetings with clients both in-office and via Zoom/Google Meet to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Attend incoming calls and follow up with hot, warm, and potential leads promptly to convert them into sales.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the project and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, follow up on client inquiries, and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
- Handle client complaints or concerns efficiently, maintaining professionalism and ensuring client retention.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, meetings, and sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
- Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute insights for improving sales strategies and client communication.
