∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. MBA with major in Marketing will be preferable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients and prospects
∎ Prepare and present relevant product demo to the new prospects
∎ Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
∎ Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
∎ Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
∎ Build and maintain professional networks
∎ Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
∎ Must ensure the sales target is met on time
∎ May require to travel across Dhaka, all over Bangladesh or even abroad to secure sales with new customers and meet clients
∎ Attend training and workshop to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
∎ Use marketing materials/sales campaigns in order to maximize sales
∎ Engage Product Specialists during technical interactions with customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in both Bengali & English (speaking and writing)
∎ Must attach a cover letter in the mail body mentioning why we should hire you
∎ Clear understanding of marketing development, competitor activities etc
∎ Must be target-driven
∎ Good negotiation skills
∎ High level of inter-personal skill
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Excellent listening skill
∎ Good research ability
∎ Understand the concept of value selling
∎ Must be a team player
∎ Engagement on different social media channels
∎ Inbound and outbound customer calls
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary
∎ Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary)
∎ Regular working: 5 days a week
∎ 15 Days Annual Leave, 10 Days Casual Leave and 14 days Sick Leave per year
