Job Context:
∎ We are one of the well reputed real estate development company of Bangladesh and currently developing an iconic 10 storied Commercial cum Residential complex at Mirpur13 near Rakin City (+
∎ west side). We are looking for high-performing Sales Executive to help us increase our clientele base and generate targeted revenue. If you are hard working, ambitious, honest and ready to take challenge for excelling in the sales then you are the person we are looking for.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and Collate potential client list using all possible methods and sources and prepare a data base and improve it on daily basis.
∎ Communicate with the clients online and offline and prepare a data base accordingly for onward submission to the reporting superior.
∎ Prepare daily client meeting report.
∎ Regular follow up of sales leads and undertake activities to mature outcome of past sales calls.
∎ Maintain client wise sales file and collect Booking money or scheduled payments from clients.
∎ Actively participate in all sales and marketing events and its preparation.
∎ Other duties assigned by the reporting superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Workplace: Work at Site office
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) experience in Real estate Marketing.
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Only Real estate/ Developer marketing experience will be granted.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Strong business sense
∎ Candidates from other industry having exceptional and proven track record as a sales professional can also apply.
