Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Showroom Inventory Management-Bizli Cable Showroom
∎ * Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
∎ * Ensure timely reordering of goods to avoid stock outs.
∎ * Organize and display items in a visually appealing manner to attract customers.
∎ 2. Smooth Financial Transaction:
∎ * Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
∎ * Reconcile daily transactions and ensure proper documentation.
∎ * Assist customers with financing options, if applicable.
∎ 3. Goods Delivery:
∎ * Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
∎ * Resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
∎ 4. Customer Focus:
∎ * Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns professionally.
∎ * Assist customers in selecting the right cable products based on their requirements.
∎ * Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
∎ 5. Housekeeping:
∎ * Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
∎ * Maintain hygiene and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ * Supervise cleaning staff and address maintenance issues promptly.
∎ 6. Documentation:
∎ * Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
∎ * Prepare and file necessary reports for management review.
∎ * Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
∎ 7. Audit Result:
∎ * Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
∎ * Implement recommendations to improve showroom processes.
∎ 8. Daily Closing Report:
∎ * Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and cash flow reports.
∎ * Highlight discrepancies or issues and take corrective actions.
∎ * Update management on showroom performance metrics.
∎ 9. Cost Saving:
∎ * Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising service quality.
∎ * Optimize resource usage and minimize wastage.
∎ 10. Ensure Showroom Safety and Security:
∎ * Monitor and implement safety protocols to protect customers, employees, and assets.
∎ * Regularly inspect security systems, such as CCTV and alarms, for functionality.
∎ * Train staff on emergency procedures and risk management practices.
