Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maximise and follow-up on all inbound sales enquiries from potential customers through email, phone and website
∎ • Work with clients to produce customised business proposals / solutions based on prospective clients’ specific needs;
∎ • Achieve monthly sales targets
∎ • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying key client markets
∎ • Responsible for closing sales, processing payments and effectively handing over sale to the delivery team
∎ • Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling and emailing, and transfer qualified leads to senior sales executives accordingly
∎ • Maintain full knowledge of all hospitality, business club and event opportunities to identify and develop business opportunities and generate new ideas for new product development;
∎ • Manage and keep up to date the sales CRM pipeline with all sales progress on a daily basis
∎ • Maintain full knowledge of all current commercial offerings of the company and opportunities to identify business opportunities.
