Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro ProcessingSeedGM), Sales
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales action plans , strategies & schedule sales activity
∎ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
∎ Plan and execute effective promotional events to accelerate sales
∎ Achieve sales within budgeted cost
∎ Be accountable for all of customer credit and account
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports
∎ Ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery
∎ Carry out market research and survey, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating database on crop acreage, market size and share and strength of the
∎ Companies are working in your territory for maximizing market share of eon.
∎ Effective business relationships with all dealers, retailers, farmers and develop and maintain relationship with DAE people
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Industry Related: Seed/Fertilizer /Other Agro Products.
∎ Experienced Candidates will get Preference.
∎ Experience requirement for Sales Executive: 0-2 Years
∎ Experience requirement for Senior Sales Executive: 2-3 Years
Salary: Negotiable
