  • Responsibilities & Context

    • Sales Target Achievement – Meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned area/region.

    • Team Leadership – Supervise, train, and motivate sales executives/officers to achieve individual and team targets.

    • Market Expansion – Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and increase customer base.

    • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

    • Sales Planning – Develop sales strategies, territory plans, and promotional activities to drive growth.

    • Performance Monitoring – Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.

    • Market Research – Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

    • Distribution Management – Ensure product availability and visibility in the market through proper channel management.

    • Budget & Expense Control – Manage area budgets, control operational costs, and maximize profitability.

    • Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and credit guidelines.
