∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, HSC in Science / commerce / Arts, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Context:
∎ Develop and review planning and policy for sales and marketing construction chemicals.
∎ Sales Executive/ Sale Representative (Sales & Marketing of Construction chemicals)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective communication with customers/dealers/distributors.
∎ Analyze application jobs trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
∎ Arranging annual/biannual/monthly dealers/distributors conference & coordination meeting.
∎ Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing business developments.
∎ Generate new ideas and techniques for the development of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Evaluating competitor's activities.
∎ Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should be smart, honest, energetic, and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication, coordination & leadership skill.
∎ Willing to travel.
