Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and review planning and policy for sales and marketing & application of waterproofing, PU & Epoxy flooring, and Refurbishment of civil works.
Ensure effective communication with customers / dealers / Distributors, Factories, Power Plant and Sales & Marketing team. Analyze application jobs trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast. Arranging annual / Biannual / Monthly dealers / distributors conference & Coordination meeting. Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing business developments. Generates new ideas and techniques for the development of Sales & Marketing. Evaluating competitor activities. Innovating new markets & Developing relations with new and exiting customers. Any Other assignment given by the management / superior.
