Responsibilities & Context:
Manager (Retail) - Marketing & Sales (Sales & Marketing of Construction chemicals in retail market)
- Develop and review planning and policy for sales and marketing construction chemicals.
- Ensure effective communication with customers/dealers/distributors.
- Analyze application jobs trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
- Arranging annual/biannual/monthly dealers/distributors conference & coordination meeting.
- Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing business developments.
- Generate new ideas and techniques for the development of Sales & Marketing.
- Evaluating competitor's activities.
- Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
- Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
