Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Develop and execute an effective sales strategy for the assigned area to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ 2. Monitor and track the performance of the sales team and ensure targets are achieved.
∎ 3. Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions when necessary.
∎ 4. Drive market penetration for across retail, industrial, and automotive sectors.
∎ 5. Identify and capture new business opportunities, including new clients and untapped markets.
∎ 6. Ensure strong relationships with key accounts and customers in the area.
∎ 7. Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies and guidelines.
∎ 8. Oversee the recruitment and management of distributors and dealers in the area.
∎ 9. Implement and drive local marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
∎ 10. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to gather valuable insights.
∎ 11. Provide detailed and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.
∎ 12. Identify areas of improvement based on customer feedback and competitor analysis.
∎ 13. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including corporate accounts and large dealers.
∎ 14. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
∎ 15. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and all regulatory requirements.
∎ 16. Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the team.
