Responsibilities & Context:
Collect orders from trade and retail points.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Increase product visibility and ensure market coverage.
Identify new retailers/customers to expand sales.
Perform regular market visits (as per route plan).
Monitor competitor activity, offers, and pricing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Handle customer objections and ensure after-sales support.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports on time.
Maintain client database, visit report, and follow-up records.
Use CRM/Google Sheet/Excel for reporting (if required).
Follow up on payment/credit as per company policy.
Ensure timely delivery and support operations/logistics when needed.
Execute field campaigns, display setup, and promotional activities.
Support marketing team in branding and retail visibility.
