Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Engagement: Greeting, identifying needs, and providing expert advice on motorcycle models, features, and benefits.
Sales & Negotiation: Closing sales, managing Test Rides, and negotiating prices to achieve individual and team targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining deep knowledge of current models, accessories, and promotional offers.
Documentation: Handling paperwork, including financing, insurance, registration, and sales records.
After-Sales Service: Building rapport, following up with buyers for referrals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
