Job Responsibilities
1. Hunting Role - Should be able to generate and qualify leads on his own on a weekly/monthly basis.Achieve monthly sales target within responsible territory.
2. Conduct high-quality cold calls and physical visits to prospective clients and partners.
3. Conduct meetings with prospective clients and partners and Present company products and services effectively.
4. Develop and execute strategic plans to build strong client relationships and increase market penetration.
5. Provide regular updates and feedback to the Line Manager regarding market conditions, competitor activities, and sales performance.
6. Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and agreements.
7. Follow up consistently to close sales and achieve targets.
8. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and after-sales service.
9. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
10. Manage and coordinate the customer onboarding process to ensure smooth service activation.
11. Travel extensively across various client locations within Bangladesh as required.
Educational Requirements
Candidates must have minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing Background.
BBA/MBA in Marketing Background from a reputed university
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 years of professional experience in Sales.
