Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Engage with customers on-site to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
∎ Promote and sell a variety of motorcycle workshop services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction and value for money.
∎ Build trust and foster long-term relationships with customers, creating a loyal clientele base.
∎ Generate organic leads from existing customers through referrals and positive word-of-mouth.
∎ Explain technical aspects of motorcycle maintenance and repair in layman's terms, ensuring customers fully understand the services they are receiving.
∎ Maintain regular contact with existing customers, follow up on previous services, and identify opportunities for additional service.
∎ Visit corporate clients to maintain relationships and explore new business opportunities.
∎ Identify and pursue new corporate clients, present proposals, and secure contracts to expand our clientele.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
