Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive/Sell Insurance products through digital platforms by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities and target of the assigned territory through right field engagement
∎ Following sales goals and developing sales strategies to achieve day-to-day sales targets
∎ Researching prospects and generating leads for life, non-life and health insurance products
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
∎ Always thirsty for revenue generation for the organization
∎ Build sustainable relationship with customers for smooth market operation.
∎ Ensure distribution of POSM
∎ Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have at least 2 years direct sales experience
∎ Experience in Insurance industry/Telecom/Healthcare industry will get preference.
∎ Exceptionally smooth in handling and working in digital platforms.
∎ Ability to ensure regular market visits.
∎ Strong skills to ensure maximum revenue.
∎ Not only a team player but also able to work independently with minimum supervision.
