∎ Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues and find innovative solutions.
∎ Customer Service: High level of customer service orientation and experience in handling customer queries and complaints professionally via Phone Call & inbox.
∎ Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
∎ Inventory Management: Ability to manage and optimize inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.
∎ Order Fulfillment: Experience with order processing, logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
