Responsibilities & Context:
- কসমেটিকস, স্কিনকেয়ার ও পার্সোনাল কেয়ার পণ্য বিষয়ে ক্রেতাদের প্রশ্নের আন্তরিকভাবে উত্তর দেয়া।
- সম্ভাব্য কাস্টমারদের সাথে যোগাযোগের জন্য আউটবাউন্ড কল করা এবং ইনবাউন্ড কল রিসিভ করা।
- পণ্যের উপকারিতা, বৈশিষ্ট্য ও প্রমোশনগুলো কার্যকরভাবে উপস্থাপন ও ব্যাখ্যা করা।
- কাস্টমারের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া এবং সেলস লিড নিয়ে ফলো-আপ করা।
- নির্ধারিত সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ বা অতিক্রম করা।
- অভ্যন্তরীণ টিমের সাথে ঘনিষ্ঠভাবে কাজ করে অর্ডার ম্যানেজমেন্ট, কাস্টমারের রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ এবং মানসম্মত সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
- চলমান বিভিন্ন পণ্যের অফার ও ডিসকাউন্ট বিষয়ে ক্রেতাদের জানানোর মাধ্যমে পণ্যের প্রচার ও বিক্রি বৃদ্ধি।
- অফিসিয়াল সকল ধরণের ট্রেনিং, মিটিং ও সেমিনার এ যোগদান করতে হবে।
- ব্যক্তিগত ও দলীয় সেলস টার্গেট পূরণে সচেষ্ট থাকা।
