∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possess a comprehensive version of working area and capable to hold the whole business.
∎ Be able to manage a large number of people and have the capability to recognize himself and other person strong points and weakness.
∎ Monitor and coach the team members.
∎ Maintaining liaison with dealers and retailers.
∎ Ensure that the company's sales policies and promotional activities are effectively implemented, follow up with the sales progress and effects of promotional activities.
∎ Achieving Sales targets.
∎ Coordinate with the shop owner and staffs to enhance the terminal image of LAVA.
∎ Coordinate with the shop owner and staffs to improve the display way of products and materials.
∎ Guide shop owner and staffs to improve sales skill.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with shop owner and staffs to enhance their support for LAVA & LENOVO.
∎ Branding work & Sales reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
