• Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods (freshers may also apply).

• Knowledge of jewelry (gemstones, precious metals, certifications, and care/maintenance) is preferred.

• Experience in POS systems, billing, returns, and accurate cash handling.

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with strong product explanation skills.

• Greet, assist, and guide customers politely during jewelry trials, ensuring a friendly and professional shopping experience.

• Present, promote, and sell products using strong selling points, helping customers with selections and building confidence.

• Achieve predefined sales targets, utilize sales opportunities, and suggest ways to increase sales through customer referrals.

• Handle POS systems, cash transactions, billing, returns, and maintain accurate registers and stock management.

• Assist in display preparation, stock shelving, inventory checks, and ensure proper product presentation.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve results while maintaining neat appearance, proper dress code, and store cleanliness.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with patience and professionalism.

• Show honesty, trustworthiness, and flexibility, with a willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Yearly Salary Review

Festival Bonus: As per company policy, employees will receive two festival bonuses annually, each equivalent to half of the basic salary.

Snacks Bill Absorption process facility to become full time employee of the organization after 03 months of joining depending on performance and discipline.
