Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Positive mindset for fieldwork, Working experience in Super Shops.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target with focused marketing area.
∎ Develop and Update Marketing strategies and communication Plan with new customers.
∎ Coordinate Customer feedback & complaint process
∎ Agreement & Re-agreement with new and existing customer
∎ Develop innovative design considering the market
∎ Make a winning plan to create customer a base
∎ Achieve Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/Yearly sales target with the help of team.
∎ Introduce and maintain "Action Plan" as per management directives and rationalize the "Market Perception" of Company Brand.
∎ Create marketing campaigns geared towards end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with brand strategy and targets and within budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Selling skill - can negotiate with the purchasing authority.
∎ Computer literacy is a must along with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications expertise.
∎ Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) in Bengali and English.
